Baggage Issues


Emotional baggage, or healing issues, or skeletons in your closet, whether you acknowledge it, or not want to acknowledge it, or unaware. It interferes with everything in your life, whether you know it or not. What it is, and how to get started getting rid of it.

Change


Something You need to understand really well and have a relationship. That is conducive to succeeding. There is a lot more to knowing what is happening and how to deal with it then most people realize. There is the hard route to take, and there is the much less hard route to take. Let's make it easiest as possible.

Growing Up Struggles


I can relate to not fitting in, being bullied, racism, being different, being misunderstood, not in the winner crowd. I understand resentment, traumatizing experiences growing up. I know what feeling alone., angry, and living each day with anxiety and worry feels like.
